All payments received through this website are collected by Bombay Charismatic Fellowship for the activities and ministries of CCR Mumbai.

1. Donations

Donations made to support the ministry are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by User

• 10 or more days before the event: 100% refund
• Less than 10 days before the event: No refund

Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

3. Cancellation by Organisers

If an event conducted under the ministry of CCR Mumbai is cancelled by Bombay Charismatic Fellowship, an appropriate refund will be processed wherever applicable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be credited to the original mode of payment.

Refund processing may take up to 15 working days depending on banking processes.

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

Duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification.

Failed transactions will be addressed in coordination with the payment gateway provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:
